About Us The people behind Prime Realty are: Sandi's first sales experience was with Home Interiors and Gifts where she was part of the management team for eight years.  She sold real estate for one year before focusing on financing.  Her desire to learn more by becoming a mortgage loan originator.  After eight years in that field, she asked Owen Ferrell to join her in opening Property Rental Management Service, a full service company working with homeowner associations and property investors.  Sandi has been a licensed real estate broker for more than fourteen years.   Read more about Sandi in an interview published in Greater Nashville House & Home.
